    Always get the grilled chicken, slab of ribs, onion rings with Shack Potatoes. That's our family favorite. It always taste better when they run their$7.00 Off coupon.

    Placed an order at 11am for pickup at 1:30pm. Arrived at 1:30 pm, and order wasn't even cooked yet. I realize it's a holiday, but really?
