    food is always delicious and the atmosphere is nice. however, the manager seemed to be very annoyed with the delivery service functions on the app. many customers are aware there is nothing you can do on spot about issues, but to be met with hostility when calling 2 hours after placing my order was strange. people make mistakes and so do apps. i had change my delivery to a pick up after hearing the manager in the background continue to be rude to my boyfriend about not being able to do anything about the app when he was wanted to know where our pizza was. we all have bad days.. maybe customer service isn't for you, manager lady.

    This location (Groesbeck north of 16 Mile) has really improved since they started participating in online specials and the Hungry Howie's app.
