This place has always been great! Until a few months ago. I feel as if it does have potential and I continue to order in hopes it’ll get that old “spark” back. I’m all for employing the younger community but better training needs to be set in stone. It sounds like children answer the phone, everytime you order something it’s “that’s it”, not “what toppings would you like” considering the deal comes with toppings, asking someone else constantly if they still sell something. I feel like employees should see that it’s customer service before anything! And also be aware of all the deals in store and online. In other words GREAT FOOD BUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Picked up 8pc chicken, the pieces were very small. I called and talked to the manager... he cooked a few more pieces and delivered them to us. We order from kings all the time, they have great pizza, breadsticks, and chicken. Thanks for going above and beyond!

The young lady that answered the phone was so polite! The delivery driver was very courteous and my food arrived sooner than the delivery time given to me. Both the wings and my Chicago Style pizza were cooked to perfection! I will definitely be ordering from this location again, as well as recommending Kings to friends and family. Thank you guys again for making not only my dinner, but my night!

Edit: Just ordered from them again and the food was cooked to perfection! Had the same delivery driver and he was so polite! Thank you guys again! I have already recommended this location to family and friends. We are a big pizza family - expect more orders! You guys rock!!
