McDonald's

I ordered a mc double and it wasn’t fresh, which is very unusual for this location. I returned it and the manager so polite and understanding, she made me a new one, gave me an apple pie and a coupon. Didn’t use the coupon it expired that same day but it was the thought that counts. I love great customer service!!!! N they had it thank you again

This is probably one of the better McDonalds in the area. The workers know their roles, and the cashiers really take their time with the kids. One of them asked my daughter which of the toys did she have already, and which one she would like. And he was able to find that toy give it to her. For a 7 year old, that's pretty magical.
Our orders are always correct at this McDonalds as well, so that's even better.

The employee Isaiah is very polite and courteous and very helpful. I appreciate good customer service. Food is very fresh and hot. So thank you to the after noon shift I believe.

If the Coffee is $1:00 ☕ Yuppers ????
The privately owned stores oftentimes show me how good they are..
@marketing Corporate has created the dollar promise. Some of the independently owned locations have their own program..
