Welcome to the new and improved Wendy's located on Nine Mile and she is looking better than ever from the inside to the outside and it looks absolutely fabulous but there's one thing they haven't been able to change and that's the service and the food preparation you're on the right track Wendy's your just not at the finish line yet.

This location always gets my order right and you can tell it is freshly made

Service was fast & courteous. The dining area was clean so it was easy to choose a table since we were dining in. Our food was made correctly & was fresh. The new renovations are nice.

I understand that I visited during a very busy time of day and the line was long with hungry faces, one which complained every few seconds about the speed of service and everything else. However the young lady that took the orders remained courteous, Pleasant and professional. Although they were swamped, and short staff, they held their own in getting the orders handled. I applaude their efforts. Ok visit.
