Don Christo's Tequila & Tacos

After reading some of the reviews, I decided to give this place a chance. I went in with a very critical viewpoint and found myself looking for flaws and weak points. I admit that the biased viewpoint is hardly the proper place to review and establishment from. Despite my jaded perspective,I was delightfully surprised and very happy with my experience at this restaurant. I took special note of the negative points in reviews I had seen, and I can see there is some merit to their points, but the issues seem very overblown.

Yes, chips and salsa are not free. The portion is on the smaller side. I see this as more of a sign of the times than an issue with this establishment.

I had the steak fajitas, which are priced comparatively with other places. That was the only thing Don Christo's had in common. Where it differed greatly and to my delight was in portion size and flavor. The generous portions of steak were marinated and cooked to perfection. The sides that typically come with steak fajitas were amazing and bursting with flavor. The service was prompt and attentive. Overall, 5 stars all the way! A 5 star review from me is earned, and with my jaded perspective, this was well earned. 👌

Abby is absolutely stellar!!! The food was delicious, the strawberry cream margarita was refreshing and the atmosphere was cozy and aesthetic. I’ve had barria tacos with rice at other restaurants but this order was by far my absolute favorite.
I sat at the bar and was able to see the entire dining room. With that said. The staff was energetic and smiling, they were working together and their tables were full of smiles. This is the perfect place to go for a girls night, date night, with your family or even by yourself. Do yourself a favor and indulge in the walls of Don Christos Tequila and Tacos. Have eaten here a couple of times now, during the day for lunch and for dinner. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The environment is incredible. The food both taste and portions are great and the service is great too.

This isn’t the place is your looking for a $2 taco, go to Taco Bell for that. If you’re looking for a great Mexican dining experience this is the spot locally for that.

I cannot wait to come back to this place! We are very “foodie” people and we loved everything about it here. I never write reviews about restaurants but this one deserves 5 stars. There were 4 of us & we all enjoyed every part of our experience- each having different meals and margaritas. I hope this restaurant is a huge success!! Thanks for upholding our expectations:)

We loved it. Our food came out fast, service was super attentive, and everything was delicious. It was almost too much food. The restaurant is absolutely stunning. It is a huge improvement over every other restaurant that has been in this space.

We knew going in that chips and salsa weren't complimentary, but some other tables were quite surprised (and seemed annoyed).

They do offer a 10% military discount (alcohol not included) and I believe there was a 3.8% discount if you paid with cash.
