Potbelly Sandwich Shop

We came here because I was in the mood for Five Guys and they were closed for renovation. My boyfriend and I decided to stop in Potbelly's and take a look. I was in the mood for a burger, so we grabbed a to go menu and went to the car. My boyfriend really wanted to try this place after looking at the menu and we do not regret going back in. I believe it was the owner and one other person working the counter and they were so nice and informative! I didn't realize they closed at 9 and we came in shortly before. They still were enthusiastic and offered us a free cookie for deciding to come back in. They explained their sandwich sizes, toppings, condiments and anything we could possibly have a question about, without us having to ask. We sat down to eat and omg, it was sooo good! This place is worth it, even if you're in the mood for a burger. I even ate less than I would have at Five Guys and came home with half a sandwich. I never write reviews but felt like I needed to with our overall experience tonight. Not knocking Five Guys, but this place is great! Thanks for the great food and service!

Customer service was poor. I waited longer to pay than I waited for my sub. Also, most all the tables had crumbs. Sub was decent. A little on the expensive side.

Been coming here pretty regularly for a while. The staff is nice.
