Starbucks

Listen I’m not one to leave reviews anywhere bc that’s just like boomerish to me but listen;
I come to this Starbucks everyday, sometimes twice a day, either with my boyfriend or by myself and the staff here are absolutely wonderful! I know that working can sometimes suck, but even early in the morning they’re always friendly, and sweet and just really nice and honestly should get paid more!

Jamie is awesome there... she is always upbeat. Friendliest voice. Remembers my wife “grande, Decaf, non fat, extra hot, double cup latte and my Grande coffee with cream, double cup”.... I know her voice right when I pull up.... the template in this world with all going on!!!!

I bought a hot white chocolate mocha to go. This location seemed pretty popular as it was almost full in the dining area. The rest room was clean. It would be nice if they had a choice of hand drying options. Only having the hand dryer and no paper towel is a bummer because not everyone washes their hands and then they touch the door handle. Service was fast and the beverage was delicious. Being able to use my phone wirelessly to pay is also a nice option.

Although my speed of service was slow, I was still happy with the service. In all fairness, there was only one person working because the others had called in sick from what she told me. I completely understood and could see why the speed of service was a bit slower than usual considering the employee there was doing everything (cashier and making the drinks). She was really kind and well composed even under the stressful conditions of working alone while it is busy.

I usually order the Iced Caramel Macchiato with coconut milk. But this time I was looking for a different type of macchiato flavor to order. The barista recommended I try the Cinnamon Almond Macchiato, so I ordered that. I was an instant fan!

Coffee shop is clean neat organized and efficient. Quiet too.
