I haven't had any bad experiences here as far as the food but the customer service has definitely gone down. I see a lot of reviews about the portion sizes. I've noticed that the portion sizes seem to differ depending on who's working that day. Also, I was informed by an employee that the owner throws all the extra food left over at the end of the night away. Couldn't he/she just give customers more food during store hours and that would solve the problem of basically throwing money down the drain? Same portion sizes but raised the prices. Go figure! Employee also stated that she suggested the owner give the extra food to a soup kitchen and his reply was No, those people should get a job. I will not be returning. I definitely don't want to support anyone who looks down on others based on their economic status.

Absolutely loved it! Went back the very next day too!! Got the Original Orange Chicken and Shanghai Steak w/half chow mien and fried rice my first visit and the next day I got the Shanghai Steak and Sweetfire Chicken with half and half again! So fricking good. Oh and don't forget to try the chicken egg rolls!

Food is always great here! BUT... if you order online for delivery or go through the drive thru, you get ripped off on the amount of food. If you go inside you get way more. Please change this!

Panda Express has good food. I like the fact they allow you to sample taste before purchasing and the food is cooked where you can see them cooking. Great customer service.
