(July 10, 2019, 11:54 am)I ordered one cheese burger & one fish, seemed like it took an hour to get my order. Helped me remember why I stopped coming here. But the upside was I ran into an old neighborhood friend & we caught up a bit during the wait. Food was good, but not worth the wait otherwise.

(June 26, 2019, 1:08 am)This white castle is always super duper slow, but yesterday they were ESPECIALLY slow, even after I ordered 30 minutes ahead online! When we got there, there was no customers at all. We waited so long that a long line accumulated. Staff was also very rude and unprofessional. Management should do a better job at training employees and running an establishment.

(June 5, 2019, 3:58 pm)This is White Castle. It's a restaurant that serves food, fast. Go inside to eat, or through the surrounding lane that passes by a ordering menu that you can speak to. Then, you pass by a pay window and/then a window to collect your food. Always make sure you have received the correct items you have requested in case corrections are necessary. Thank you. Enjoy your meal.
