    This one is definitely getting better. Still a bit slow with the service but definitely cleaner and more attentive to not running out of coffee and cream and basic supplies. I have noticed improvements just in the past few weeks. Something obviously has changed and it's encouraging.

    Laiya is a very personable cashier and even offered me a warm cookie instead of the pre packaged one! Even though this Panera always seems to be busy, I never wait more than 10 minutes to get my food. Food tastes great. The only thing I don't like is the parking lot, there is not enough room.

    Staff friendly and accommodating. Carry out made perfectly and speedy. Very tasty salad made correctly and all necessary supplies in the bag. Quality food.

    Staff is nice, but I wouldn’t recommend going through the drive thru. They always get my order wrong. I honestly can’t remember a time they’ve gotten it right. They’re fine when you dine in though.
