Gaudinos has fantastically fresh food and ingredients. We order from here about twice per week and we never just get ONE thing. That's impossible when their food is this good. From the pizza, to the homemade soups, to the mozzarella and prosciutto...Its all second to no one.

Did I mention the pizza? Simply the absolute best you'll ever have... And no, you're not just going to eat one slice, that's also not possible. You'll clear a box by yourself.

Was visiting area and ate lunch with group of five. I HAVE to eat gluten free and typically avoid Italian because it's so depressing not to eat pasta and bread while others do...but THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! I had brick oven pizza that was gluten free and GLORIOUS! I and a friend have not had real pizza(cardboard frozen excluded) in years. I'm almost embarrassed about the noises we made eating this. I would drive back the 4 hours to eat here again! And they offered great pasta(shared off my friend), just no lasagna or ravioli option for me(others had it and raved about it). Salads were excellent preview for the quality of the meal and portion-sizes we're spot-on for both our appetites and prices. Oh, and I didn't mention they make their own sausages? My daughter is a chef and they offered to let her see the set-up in back, needless to say she was ecstatic!

Service was top-notch. Our waitress and staff: attentive, funny, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! It's a casual industrial setting with an Italian grocery in one section. They have a private party room to rent. Restrooms neat and clean, parking free and large lot.
    Highly recommend to ALL????

The service was superb. Our waitress was extremely attentive. The bread basket and olive oil for dipping was delicious. The appetizer, we ordered bruschetta, was good. I think it could have been even better if the bread was toasted, it was a bit soggy. The salads were mainly lettuce, two tiny cucumber slices and one tomato with very little dressing. My entree was good. My friend ordered the Red Snapper and shared a bit - that was fantastic. It is a casual place that is moderately to higher priced.

Awesome location and interior, but bland pasta. I ha done my research before coming here. I knew it had a beautiful bar, made pasta, and used to be a grocery store. It was a busy Friday night but we ended up finding some spots at the bar. The service was fine, the food came out quickly, and the champagne was delicious. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the pasta. It was rather bland and the sauce kind of weak. I forget the name of my dish but the braised short ribs definitely saved it. While I wouldn't go back here for the pasta, I would come back to try the pizza.
