    Because I didn't answer my phone (was busy with my 2 toddlers) AND THERE WERE NO VOICEMAILS FROM NEITHER THE MANAGER NOR THE DRIVER TO LET ME KNOW THEY COULDN'T FIND THE PLACE, my food got taken back to the store. THEN I wasn't called from anybody to let me know that my food was brought back, so I had to call the store to find out where my food was. Being understaffed is not an excuse for not leaving a voicemail when you can't find the place. Very unprofessional.

    They were very friendly. They also helped regarding another location to inform me they had a phone issue

    When in tonight, friendly service is defiantly not a priority anymore. Cashier never said a word just looked at the register when time to pay. Was handed my sub when it was finished without a word spoken. Walked out and nobody said a word. Not a huge deal but Jimmy Johns was once a stand out company because of the fast, friendly service. Quality is still consistent.
