Alannah & Sidney, Thank you all for being so kind, you know what it takes for customer service & customer appreciation, good food, fast service and patience is the key, thank you all for the (& the girl that made our sandwiches) effort in serving the community.
Great service and staff but dont bother asking for extra vinegar it's like they didnt shake the mix my sandwich is all oil and no vinegar
This is the best JJs on the planet, the service is awesome and the food is good always.
I order here often, live a few blocks away. They are here within 5-8 minutes, my sandwich is always fresh and amazing. I order a #13 no avacdac extra veggies and I can hardly bite it. The staff are friendly and store is clean. I've been in a few times. I've ordered from other places and my veggie sub I get it's hard to taste the veggies it's mostly bread. Not here! I am 100% happy with 9 and Harper Jimmy John's! Thank you for the vest Veggie sub ever!!!
Those who live in St. Clair Shores, and at least in that area already know that the entrance is at the rear. I had to discover that myself!
I'm grateful that they didn't prohibit me from using their men's restroom before ordering, because I really had to use it.
I believe this location of Jimmy John's is similar to all the others nationwide---order a specialty sandwich, and it gets made before you can finish singing the first verse of "Rikki Don't Lose That Number."
Okay, that wasn't the Steely Dan song I had heard, but "Do It Again" while eating my lunch.
And that's the thing---you hear nothing but rock & roll in this place. I'm glad. "Do It Again," "Better Man" and "She Drives Me Crazy (My Super Ex-Girlfriend)" were among the songs I'd heard.
I'll divulge: I'm black, I'm forty-eight years old, and I've been a rock & roll fan since the age of seventeen. And I don't believe there are very many places to go eat and hear rock & roll. I'm also willing to believe that there are some white people who actually hate rock & roll and actually love hip-hop and rhythm & blues, as I'd already met one white man like that.
I think I'll leave that for another story.
Jimmy John's is my kind of place!
