DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Up until this year I have been Impressed with this place, but lately anytime I order something In a cup they don't fill the cup up all the way and then when I as a customer ask you to make sure my Ice-cream Is filled to the top when ordering and you don't I have a problem with that. Its a headache constantly having to ask for something that should be standard. I guess Im going to have to start driving further anytime I order something In a cup which Is ashame, to the Dairy Queen In Mt. Clemens that not only has great Ice-cream but great customer service as well. Making sure their customers are satisfied and doing what their paying customer ask of them within reason.

Wow...super busy but went faster than it looked like it would. Food & ice cream delicious. Tip those hard workers!

It was real close to closing time. These kids pulled off my order and my friends order with lightening speed and smiles. This was the first time I had DQ s burgers and I will go back again! Absolutely no grease from the fries or onion rings! You can clearly tell the burgers were flame cooked! Excellent job on everything guys ! You will see me a lot????

Always friendly staff!! We love there food, especially there ice cream!! They usually always work quickly, which is great!! I just wish there was a restroom there, & they also have parking issues!! Those 2 things are the only reason I bumped it from 5 stars to 4 stars.

I like the $5 box lunch, it's great quality, good food at a good price! The only reason not 5 Stars is more times then not I'm asked to pull up front out of & wait. It's a very small space & always a pain to get out from that direction on to Vandyke.
