Buddy's Pizza

Definitely a good spot to eat at for out of towers. I was in town for a few days and looked for something specific to the area and found Detroit style pizza. It was delicious. For visitors coming for dinner I recommend you just carryout and eat at your hotel as the wait for a table was crucial.

Super friendly staff matches the menu and drink selections! Bring an appetite because even their delicious salads were huge portions! I had the antipasto salad and one of their awesome square pizzas. Good ratios of toppings and sauce work well with their hand-made crusts. Clean and neat dining with fun automobilia decor fits for a perfect Detroit dinner out with family or friends!!

Got 3 Detroit style deep dish pizzas for or little group and they were really good! The crust was perfect, not doughy at all and was just a little bit crispy (not over cooked or burnt). Service was excellent too. Will definitely return for more soon.

Unassuming place but I decided to try since it was close.to my hotel and I'm not familiar with the area. Being alone I was planning on sitting at the bar but it was packed so I sat at a table. Service was immediate and friendly. I went with the Detroit square pizza thinking it would be pizza in a different shape but was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture. I enjoy trying local beers and there were two varieties on draft. The IPA was tasty. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come back. Shout out to my server Karen. She was super delightful!

We ordered the special 8 piece pizza and large antipasto salad. They salad was awesome. A lot of ham, pepperoni cheese and lettuce with cherry tomatoes. The waitress offered to let us add our dressing and we did that. It was great. The pizza was very good and crispy crust was a plus.
