Buffalo Wild Wings

Wife and four kids were all very happy with their meals. And I was happy with the price. Service was fast, the only downside and I can't fault the restaurant for. The hand cleaners at the table all smelled like old water. Like that soaked sponge you forgot to squeeze out four days ago, smell.

Service was great! I didn't like that the wings appear old. I got my wing plain with the sauce on the side. I got to see the actual chicken and it appeared like old chicken that had sat for a while. Great atmosphere though.

We have been to B-dubs several time. Food is always consistent. This day we just wanted to eat at home so we ordered online. 3 large orders of boneless wings. 7 different sauces/flavors & fried pickles basket. Nearly $70 order. App says order should be ready at 8pm and even give what they called "live stats" of order accepted, being prepared and order ready. I arrived at 8:03, and during my drive there I saw live stats moved to order ready status right at 8:00. Walked into restaurant and waited at counter until 8:10. Then I gave my name and said I have online order. Girl checks in kitchen and comes back and says; order will be ready shortly they are starting to prepare now. WTF- if they weren't going to prepare it until I got there I wouldn't had waited the 20 minutes after ordering or even ordered online.
