I had an issue with a different location, being the 23300 van dyke at 9 mile and van dyke location with messed up order and rude employees. When I gave feedback on here, I listed the wrong location accidentally. I recieved a phone call from the manager at the this location. She was a very nice woman. I explained what had happened and we discovered I left feedback to the wrong location. I told her the issue of customer service, the way I was handled and my missing order, and rather than telling me to leave a complaint with the correct store, she took it upon herself and said that she handles her store with proper training and service, which is very true because I always have great customer service at this location. She offered me a meal on her for another stores mistake. This. This is customer service. Speaking to someone that has worked in hospitality as a district manager and even at restaurant level, I commend her and her team on their abilities the communicate with the public, take orders and answer the phone. I may not go to fast food a lot, but when I do, this is the location I will stop at. The manager, the store, the crew and team should be recognized for their excellence!

Been coming here since i was just couple years old. One of the better ones in the area. Never had any issues with the food. Usually got the order right but sometimes sh&t happens.

Almost every order there is a mistake. Food pretty good but occasionally they give an item that has been sitting awhile. Just double check orders before leaving. The staff is pretty friendly.

This location is pretty good with food quality and cleanliness but like many restaurants in the franchise, they can NEVER get it right with custom orders. The manager on duty was courteous with making sure my order was made the way I wanted it.

For the most part the food is good. But the management needs to take a pay cut in order to hire enough employees to be able to handle the volume of business that they want to do. And to give raises to the employees who are already doing a good job.
