    Food is good, service is usually good but their pop machine is always down it's about a 50-50 chance that you will be able to get a drink with your meal

    Long line, but only drive-thru open, so expected. Filled order quick as possible. Cashier was friendly. Order correct.

    Normally we get good food quick. This time, the line took 30+ minutes to get through. Before leaving the parking lot, we found part of our order was missing. We tried to go in, but the door was locked. I tried calling the number on the receipt - no one would answer. An employee came out to give the person before us his food and we told her about the missing items. She did bring them out and apologized. When we got home, we found hard burrito shells and, generally, food not like we've gotten from the location on previous visits. It was pretty disappointing.
