Bluefish Kitchen + Bar

Beautiful view, good food, and nice staff. Only problem was some pieces of food left on a fork and a black speck floating around in a glass of water. Waitress happily replaced the dirty glass and fork, but it is still concerning.

Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would recommend Bluefish to everyone!

We had three in our party. The garden salad was good but the portions for the mixed vegetables were very tiny, although tasty. We each had the white fish pan fried with Risotto. The fish was fried too long, so it was dry, as was the risotto. For $29 per plate, it was disappointing.

Nice menu with many options. Full bar with outside deck overlooking the Manistee river. Lunch menu. We had the grilled cheese and tomato soup (outstanding) and the Angus burger. Nice char flavor. The dinner menu has several hand cut steaks along with lemon perch and whitefish. Nice place with great service. Recommend

Prices arrange from $21.95 to $39.95 for an entree. We spent about$102 for 2. The food is very good and I don't mind spending money on good food. Really like the atmosphere too.

I really wanted to love this place. It's beautiful. However, when it comes down to it...the food is what you're paying for mostly. It was overly seasoned for me. which is not something I notice or have a problem with often. It was just overly spicy for me. Service was a bit slow, but friendly.
