French toast or grilled cheese with their homemade bread is great. Try the grilled cheese with cream cheese added to it. It's good. Tabitha is a great server. Seated quickly and food arrived pretty quickly. I do think the restaurant could use a makeover. It hasn't changed since I was a kid. Food is just as good as it always has been, though.

If you were to ask me about breakfast I would have given 5 stars. Due to our most recent meal being dinner its 4 stars. Waitress was friendly as is the staff. Dinner was a special but has been a special for almost a week 1/2. The meal I received was taken from what is left from the original
special, warmed on the grill top and covered in warm gravy, 1/2 remained cold when brought to table. I did receive a partial refund and they were very apologetic. I would go back for breakfast but not dinner.

We have eaten here a few times when we've vacationed in the Ludington area. Excellent food at a good price. The grilled bread they use on many of their sandwiches is about as good as it gets, a definite stop for us every visit to the area.

Super super busy day after Independence Day. Busier than any other restaraunt around at 10:30am. What does that tell you?? Be at breakfast around. You won't be disappointed with portions for price. 4 breakfast buffet with drinks and coffee for under $50. Food is VERY GOOD!!!

A good thing I am doing the eating because my wife would probably ding the restaurant even more.

We stopped in for breakfast on our anniversary trip to Ludington. We were seated quickly and the coffee was poured immediately. After we ordered (two #1's with OM eggs) the service slowed dramatically. The place was full, so probably just slammed - not a huge issue. We got our food after about 30 minutes and my wife's food was room temp whereas mine was steaming hot. The waitress returned the plate, but when it returned the eggs were OE and way too runny for my wife. She suffered through, but I heard about it. The waitress offered to redo them again, but we were impatient having been there for almost an hour.

My food was good and done well - huge order of bacon and American fries.

I would go back, but not on a Sunday morning!
