Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Everything was fantastic except the biscuts was a little old and hard. But everything else including the service was excellent

This restaurant was very cozy and nice. No loud music or tv's. Just a calm breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is of course quite delicious and not too complex and not too simple. Service was also very good no grumpy servers and no unexpected items in foods. Well, there was that one free french fry that came accidentally with my appetizer but that was very appreciated. This restaurant however is not for people who are impatient or in a rush. For the wait for my food to arrive was quite long which is only a minor gripe. Overall this is a very nice restaurant for those who want some high quality family dining.

I've had some surprisingly good food at this Perkins restaurant.( This experience doesn't necessarily extrapolate to other Perkins stores.) The staff is always friendly and there is a large menu and a big selection of baked goods. It's a shame that the designer didn't plan for the dining room to face the Bay, as did Schloegel's. The place could use a 21st century spruce-up as the age is showing but they keep it neat and clean. It is a satisfying place to get a meal.

Have to say as far as customer service 5+++. Rosie was a real gem and ended up buying more than I normally would. Love there muffins, ended up buying a strawberry pie besides. Looks delicious. Can't wait .
