Much better french fries than I remember. Spicy chicken sandwich was seriously spicy!

Inconsistent service. Went here twice and had to wait over 20 minutes combined with almost nobody else in the place. This was for breakfast so speed is number 1 before work. I also ordered off the 2 for $4 menu which should be the most readily available to make quickly.

Good service and food was hot. Need improvements on cleanliness.

I like bk and the innovative marketing they do. Great food at lower cost. I wish this locale would get a happy personable boss not an angry disrespectful boss. Otherwise all is well.

I go to this Burger King all the time on Saginaw Road in Midland Michigan. I asked for a large fry, and I asked if it was possible that a couple onion rings be tossed on top, and that I was willing to pay whatever it may cost. She said that it was no problem, and that she wasn't going to charge me. Now I understand, and am grateful that she was willing to do this for me at no cost, but that does not take away what I ordered. So my large fry is half-full, and I have six onion rings. I'm happy with everything, except for the fact that my large fry was half full, and the sweet and sour sauce I asked for, was not in my bag. Zesty sauce was in my bag.
