Forest View Lanes - Recreation Bar and Grill

First time bowling in about 12 years and this place was closest to home (we're new to this area) It was a typical Sunday open bowling day which meant glow blowing and kids parties but we still had sufficient oil to have a good session ourselves. A nice surprise was the food was amazing! We'll get take out from here more frequently at a minimum but overall experience was great!

Very good food! Pizza is absolutely amazing. We got a bacon and onion pizza with the parmesan garlic crust. It was absolutely amazing so buttery garlicky and delicious, very cheesy. Also the nachos were really good they were individual nachos so it was really great to share with three people because everyone got everything on a nacho instead of fighting to get everything on it at once. We also went bowling and it was a really great time the bowling alley is very fun, you can even customize the board with photos of your face and just take some silly photos.

In case you don’t know, this small local business is more than a bowling alley! The bar/restaurant with indoor and patio seating, has a trendy and fun atmosphere and the food never disappoints! The prompt service is friendly which adds to the whole experience.

This place has surprisingly good food! It is in a discreet location and has bowling except for Wednesday and Thursday night, which are for leagues until summer time. This is the reason for only 4 stars as our group of people could not bowl due to the league bowling going on that night. Otherwise, surprisingly the food is portioned well, seasoned well, and served by generously nice workers. The manager was even nice! Great family evening or just outing... If you don't mind the discreet location that is! 😊

Real nice place. They were really busy and we never had to wait. Servers were great. We will go back for sure
