(April 5, 2019, 4:10 am)Recently, they changed their mozzarella sticks and they went cheap. They are nasty! Well, today I decided to have some Onion Rings and I believe they may have gone cheap with them also. They were whole rings and not that minced stuff, but they aren't battered and were just falling apart. The rest of the food was great. C'mon Arby's, you need to realize that when you drop quality for profit, you end up losing in the long run. When quality goes down in one area, customers begin to believe that it is just a matter of time before the quality of the other products will be decreased.
