Carl's Hide - A - Way Restaurant is a wonderful place to get a A " VERY GOOD " Mexican meal ! The food is always GREAT ! The wait staff always Smiling , Courteous , Respectful ! I'm always wanting to go back ! Birthday patrons are always presented with an Sombrero made in Mexico and an order of fried Ice Cream of their choice ! A fun Family Oriented Restaurant ! Or a Great dinner getaway for 2 ! My personal Favorite Menu Item is the " Monster Burrito " ! Be prepared to eat a " Great " Big meal ! Definitely not for the moderate sized meal person !

Ate there for the first time with my 2 year old son tonight. The food was good, but the staff and the atmosphere are what will keep us coming back. Our server Halley was very considerate of my son, and the rest of the staff made him feel very comfortable as well. Normally, he wants to climb out of his high chair by the time our food arrives. He sat through the entire meal quite content throughout. He almost didn't want to leave!

The pool table is off limits to minors (understandably), but I already made the mistake of promising my son he could roll a ball around after dinner. When informed of the rule, I had told him it was broken. Mistake #2. When the pool league came in for practice, the waitstaff seemed to collectively recognize the possible tantrum about to ensue and promptly served him up an ice cream dessert, on the house (after first asking my permission, which I appreciated). They bailed Dad out. We will be back!

Food was amazing. Waitress was very helpful, honest and attentive. I wish I would have gotten her name. Loved the chips and salsa!

My family keeps going here and I don't understand. They love it so I continue going. The staff are nice and that is probably the best compliment one can level at this establishment. The food is okay. It isn't gross and and you wouldn't write home about it. The salsa is good. They have beer.

GREAT FOOD! Great service! Just understand this is a "bar" atmosphere. I love that atmosphere personally.... but if you are looking for a "quiet, petite, lil place" this probably isn't for you.
