Classic 5 guys taste, giant bag of frys when you order a small lol. This place is priced hi for monroe, try mugsey's if your looking for quality food at a great price.

Ordered a BLT and a single cheese burger. Got 2 doubles loaded. Soggy fries. I ordered it through DoorDash granted. The DoorDash guy was great. The food was messed up as usual. $40 down the drain.

I came in at 5:33 on April 3rd and a customer (Lynn) was so rude. The only reason I know her name is I heard her say it. She had ordered online and was upset she had to wait for her fries to be made fresh. She was the epitome of a Karen minus the yelling. I understand if you are in pain or having a bad day being disabled myself but it was just a couple of minutes. These young people are doing a fantastic job and things are running smoothly, especially for being open less than a month. Kyra handled Lynn/Karen with calmness and grace. FYI Lynn, yes you indeed did order online but they make shakes and fries when you get there so they’re fresh. Try to remember some of these people are teens and all are new. Way to ruin a pleasant atmosphere. Keep up the good work guys.

So happy to have a Five Guys in Monroe! Placed a pick up order and it was completed very quickly. I walked up to the counter and was greeted immediately, and a few moments later I was handed my order. Food was great, we'll definitely be back!
