Sawyers Brewing Company

Finally got a chance to stop in because I live about 10 paces away….literally. I wish I would have much sooner. I only had the Blackberry Bounce so far, but it was phenomenal. 10/10 I would like to try another but the Blackberry Bounce was so well done that I don’t think I’ll be able to order anything different. :P Owner is very nice as well!

Awesome local brewery that also caters to the home brew crowd. They have kettles, a mill, and other brewing equipment that is intended for home brew use. Although I am not a home brewer myself, this concept is ideal for beer lovers as well. With so many brewers around, there is no room for subpar beer here. This environment also fosters innovation and experimentation. What a great addition to the Whitehall/Montague area!

Great newer local brewery and brewing supply shop. Small but nice facility. Minimal outdoor seating but it is available. The outside tables need to be a bit higher or the chairs lower, but alas, nice to sit outside. Good pale ale. All in all, well worth the stop.

This gem just opened. Had to check it out. Wow! It has a great atmosphere. It felt very relaxed. They roast their own coffee. Brew great beer. Also, you can get supplies for your own brews and ferments, including cheesemaking! Their coffee makes it a recommended place for a relaxed morning out. Their beer is SO good! This place is highly recommended! They keep charcuterie boards, made fresh by local restaurant, in a refrigerator there for on-site enjoyment.
Edited June 22, 2021: While they still sell brew supplies, their beer is so good they are now more craft brewery than brew supply, which is a GOOD thing. This place is our new favorite. The vibe inside is absolutely perfect too.
