Brann's Steakhouse & Grille

The new manager, Jeanette I think her name was, is by far the best manager I have ever ran into while out to eat, she earns the 5 stars herself.
The wings were 5 stars and I’m very peculiar about my wings. The steak was decent (3/5), I happened to get one with a bit of inedible fat but there’s no fixing that, the edible parts were very tasty. The loaded potatoes were good, but I don’t think the cinnamon butter complemented it very well. I think it may have mistakenly got in there. Food was a 4/5 but management and service was a 6/5. May try it again when I’m back in town.

The last two times I was there it was fabulous, this past weekend was a different story. It took 15 minutes or more until a server came to get our drinks and we were ready to order at the same time but they said they would be right back to take our order, when they finally came back it was a different server. We must of hit a shift change. Food was awful this time. Might be a while before we go back....

First time I've ever been there on Mother's day. Fantastic experience! Waitress was pleasant and took care of 8 of us. She never missed a beat. Thanks Brann's Mother's day was a success.
