The Deck

The view from the The Deck was just awesome even though it was raining outside. My husband had the beef brisket sandwich with sweet potato fries and I had nachos. Thank you, Christie for seating us a nice place and great service. Thanks to Charles for coming to the table and asking me how I would like my nachos. She made the nachos just the way I ordered which were awesome. Definitely a great place to go to get a nice full plate of food and a great view of Lake Michigan.

Wonderful location with good food and a full bar. They also have bands playing frequently with the schedule posted online. We ordered the crispy chicken nachos for $11, and they were HUGE and some of the best nachos I've ever had. The only thing I didn't like was their salsa (it has a sweet smoky flavor), but it was served on the side anyway. I ordered the Georgia peach martini, which was delicious but a little on the small side for the price. The restaurant is clean with attentive but not hovering service.

If you have a chance to enjoy Michigan's west coast area and you want to take in the lake effect it has, then you would be delighted to have a drink or dinner on "The Deck" watching the boats pass through the sunset. It has a great craft beers to choose from to quench your thirst and a awesome menu to please everyone tastes buds (Even the gluten free pal).
So stop in enjoy the atmosphere, the friendly staff and take in summer like it was made to be taken.

This is a wonderful place to have lunch with friends and family. The smokehouse sampler was awesome for my husband and I to split. I highly recommend the brisket and an outdoor spot. Throughout the summer there is live music outside , which is a nice bonus. Right on the beach and open summer only, so make sure to hit them up.
