Service has greatly improved since last time I was there.

Live way out Newaygo and have to drive 20 minutes just for a kids meal with cheese meat and ketchup on it and I waited 45 minutes inside yes only five people were in line in front of me and mine was to go but I still had to wait also always check your food before you leave especially when you got a long ways to go because they screwed up and didn't give me the right order my order was easy and simple a kid's meal meat cheese bun and catch up I got my kids own drink and I ordered 2 mozzarella sticks cuz one order of them is $1.69 I figured I haven't ate in two days so I'm going to grab this for me and it took them forever and they didn't even get that right come on now!!

Great, fast, friendly service every time I go. Both drive-thru and inside, the staff here improve the fast food experience. I've also stopped by late at night, and you could tell they worked fast to get the order out promptly even though they don't keep many staff there late into the night.
