Applebee's Grill + Bar

Great service, the bartender tonight was amazing, we sat at the bar and very glad we did, not sure what her name was but just know you need several more like her. The greeters were less than pleasant, not very helpful and definitely didn't know what they were doing. Wonderful experience because of our bartender.

Waitress hit us up 3 times in 3 minutes for drinks, then waited 15 to come back for our order. Waited 30 minutes for it to come out, dropped off half of it and walked away with some of it (we both were shocked) had to ask for silverware, never checked back, food was good but not great. Had to ask a manager for the bill and a to-go box, then the waitress swooped in out of thin air and stole my plate before I could put my food in the box! First time my experience was less than excellent, normally food & service is better. don't go after 9!

They have delicious soups: tortilla & French. Also, the southwest steak salad was very good & Rochester red beer. Prices are a little high for portion sizes but a solid restaurant for sure!

This Applebee’s has good fast service 8/10 times. And that’s enough for me. The food is always hot, usually pretty fast coming out. Their ribs are great, their steaks are always cooked perfect however I’ve requested. It’s never terribly packed full when I go, only real issue is that parking can be tough if you try to park right next to it. Tip: park in the bigger lot closer to Romano’s Macaroni Grill, there’s always more parking and the lot is less busy so it’s easier to get in and out :)
