    Very frustrating experience. Asked for a small cup of pretzel nuggets, and was charged for a large. Pointed this out to the cashier. She replied that they were only filling large cups, and it would be an 8 minute wait for a small. I asked if they could simply fill a small. "Nope, that's against corporate policy " What a stupid and frustrating policy that puts profits over customers.

    Line was super long! But the pretzels smell so delicious I can see how it attracts people. They didn’t have any unsalted pretzels which was a bummer, so I got the regular pretzel nuggets and cheese sauce. Pretzels was good cheese sauce was not. But the lady who served me was sweet.

    I always enjoy myself a nice auntie Anne’s pretzel, I would even say they make the best pretzels that you can find from any of the pretzel chain restaurants. They also have a great deal with their new app. This location specifically was clean and the staff was very friendly and the pretzel tasted fresh. Will be coming back
