Decent food. Good service. They had good appetizers and staff were all friendly.

When first walking in I noticed the floors were filthy right away. The ladies' bathroom was not appealing. The floors throughout the restaurant were just nasty with no one cleaning. I just had a salad and half an order of Texas cheese fries. The fries tastes like they had been sitting under the heater forever with a toss of some jalapenos from the can and the juice settled on top. However, my guests' burgers did look good. Service was okay. Cheap bites for a dinner.

I got a cheese quesadilla, they did everything i asked for. The service is really nice. I got a strawberry lemonade, and it was bomb. I love this Chillies, I live in Battle Creek and theirs isn’t really good. Thanks for the food!

It's Chili's, I'm sure you understand that this is your corporate meeting spot, lunchtime for groups but it's the same atmosphere as Chili's had when it first began. So this location has prompt service. It's clean and not usually crowded. Menu prices are a bit high for lunch but reasonable for Dinner.

Service was really good! Loved our waitress. But the floors were filthy. Even under clean tables the floor was littered with food and napkins. Maybe the hostess who was standing around twirling her hair could sweep a little. And the bathroom was nasty! Garbage was overflowing with paper towel, toilet had poop on it, and the toilet paper was unrolled on the floor. I'm not saying it's the restaurants fault for the sloppiness of customers, I could just tell no one cleaned it in a whilllleeeee. It did kinda make me nervous about the kitchens cleanliness.
Otherwise.. I would return because the service was great and the food was delicious!
