Made the sandwich greasy from the butter garlic sauce . Ended up with less cheeses than a normal Italian sub would normally have . If you dare to try it get extra napkins and prepare for disappointment . This location doesn't take paper coupons either. ????”

“A friend and I walked into Spargos at noon which is normally standing room only to get a table in this area. This wasn't the case, there were empty tables and we were seated immediately. I was starting to worry that the food wouldn't be good. Wrong again, our lunches came up in about five minutes and it was delicious. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. It wouldn't have been faster if we hadn't ordered a plate of fries to share. Great food, clean modern restaurant, and fast service, that's all you need for lunch.”

“This is a great place to eat and get a drink if you are staying at the hotel. Our server was amazing all three days we were staying. We had several meals here from nachos & salad to pizza to steak dinner and BBQ ribs/chicken.. all were well prepared and made exactly as ordered. I would put this at even par with TGI Fridays and Applebee's, and so convenient being attached right to the hotel.”

“This location is ok but tends to move extremely slow. Also, the workers are hit or miss. A few are nice and most act like you are bothering them. Also, sometimes I get just a piece of plain grilled chicken and an iced tea when I’m watching my calories. This location is the only location to tell me that if I wanted just the grilled chicken that I’d have to pay the price for a sandwich. That they couldn’t just ring up chicken. But every other Wendy’s I’ve ever been to has done it for me. It’s like under 3 bucks, compared to 5. If they don’t know how to ring something up, they should just ask their manager or a coworker.”

So, this remark is not just aimed at this particular Burger King, but at most fast food places, in general. People who work at fast food restaurants have got to start caring about their jobs AND more importantly, caring about their customers. Stop being lazy. Do the job you're being paid to do. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. If you're having a bad day, suck it up. Do not take it out on your fellow employees and especially do not take it out on your customers. I LUV Burger King. I just adore the Whopper!! But I'm sick and tired of the attitude I get from most of the employees and I'm really tired of getting the wrong order, especially if all I asked for was a sandwich, fries and a pop. It's not rocket science, it's not brain surgery and it shouldn't take 18 minutes for me to get the wrong order!!”

It reduces the frustration of the employees working here having to ask the choices over and over again and also removes the need for the customers to do the same in return. The KIOSK helps the customer to take their time and make independent choices with no pressure. The employees get a sticker with the choices and they work to produce a great sandwich only by looking at a number and its details. It removes the bias towards each customer and the employees don't have to shout "I don't hear you". This helps a lot, wanting the customers to visit again!”

The food came out in a timely manner and was presented well. The menu did have all important aspects. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich. The spinach was great. The chicken was a tad bit dry but other than that it was good. My friends enjoyed their meal as well. Once again, I wasn’t blown away which is why I’m not giving 5.
