Cottage Inn Pizza

Come here frequently and consistently receive excellent service and pizza. Always timely and always to perfection. They have some very good specialty pizzas as well which provides the opportunity to try a lot of new pizzas.

They go above and beyond.The Staff is super friendly and outgoing. Our pizza and inn breadsticks were made to our special requests. We like the dough done well but not burnt. Excellent job at preparing our food. This is our go to for pizza. We have a lot of pizzerias around us. We choose BERKLEY COTTAGE INN! Yum. Thank you for all you and your staff do.

Absolutely my favorite pizza place in the area. Delicious, fast, excellent service. I get the delivery guy with glasses and dark hair often and he is always quick and courteous. 10/10

Puts every other chain pizza joint to shame. I used to eat it in college when I went to U of M (you have to try the lunch buffet at the original restaurant if you are ever in Ann Arbor). Since being reintroduced to Cottage Inn after living out of state for awhile, I can't even fathom ever buying another Hot & Ready again in life. I would be doing my taste buds a disservice if I went with any other carry out.
