    Best Mediterranean food in the state. Great service and great atmosphere. All you can eat ribs on Monday nights are my favorite. You will not regret going to Elies!

    Elie's is my go-to for Mediterranean in Birmingham. Monday night is all you can eat ribs (delightful homemade BBQ sauce is always served on the side), but any other day I'll typically order the lamb chops with a burnt orange old fashion. Service is fantastic and takeout is quick and easy with ample parking along the east and north side of the municipal building.

    Best restaurant in Birmingham.
    Doug the bartender is caring and will make you anything.
    Food is very good and fair for downtown Birmingham.
    Prices lower than Phonecia and food pretty close.
    Bread is the best.
    I highly recommend it.
