The food and service we're amazing. Gotta recommend making your own bowl as you get more choices but honestly, the salmon was just great and they did a great job
This is a nice little hidden away sushi and Poke shop with a fresh bar of poke ingredients and a very modern theme. It doesn't look to be too busy and is reasonably priced. Good for a quick bite eat or to satisfy a craving
The food here is outstanding. The poke bowls are bursting with a sparkling assortment of over the top flavors and the seasoned add-ins are fantastic. While the Indian in me loves crispy garlic the wakame seaweed, wasabi tobiko and simply too many others to name, are all superlative. But pricey but well worth it.
I enjoyed my dining experience at Kaku. The Poké was excellent, particularly the tuna being fresh and full of flavor. My fiancée and I also ordered the "Sushi Just-Right" and thoroughly enjoyed it. My only critique would be on the speed/urgency of the employees and on the ease of getting beverages. The employees working when I visited were both high school age and didn't seem motivated to move quickly. It took about 5 minutes to prepare each order. And the beverage options were not clearly displayed and the drinks were in a fridge under the counter. Even the free water had to be requested for each refill. Overall, a great food experience.
Awesome poke and sushi. The fish is very fresh and the combination of ingredients in the preselected bowl I ordered was expertly combined and delicious. The sushi as well is delicious. My favorite poke and sushi place around, and I have to drive to get there.
