Steve's Deli

It is good Jewish deli in the area. The amount of food you get is huge. I will say the prices are higher than expected.

If you are looking for a truly authentic deli experience, you can NOT do better than Steve's. They serve virtually everything one would find in a classic New York or Jersey deli AND the quality is second to none. I tried their corned beef and the chicken salad which were both outstanding. I highly recommend Steve's Deli.

One of Detroit's best delis. Huge portions, one sandwich or salad is enough for two people or meals. Great soups, sandwiches, salads, burgers and entrees. If you have room, terrific coffee cake for dessert is a must. The menu has many healthy eating options too.

Who was that outstanding host/ bus boy?? I was a bus girl in a fine dining restaurant in high school. This young man was amazing!

I really love the food at Steve's. It's pricey, and we don't go to Steve's every week, much less everyday like some people. The traditional Jewish foods are amazing; best brisket I've ever had, other than my wife's and Aunt Leslie's. Lean corned beef almost melts in your mouth. BTW, for me, life is too short NOT to order lean.
