This is one AWESOME place to visit because there food is so good and yummy food and I love their chicken and lemon rice soup and salad they're so good and yummy food and I sure will go back there for sure

Our waitress was significantly less professional than the others we saw/heard, and even the fries my daughter had were bland and needed condiments. Coney islands are family-friendly, but this location did not even have a built-in step or lower sink to accommodate kids for hand washing in the restroom. I did what I could to help another mother with younger children get their hands rinsed. It should be easier for families to wash hands in the bathroom.

National itself was great, but my experience that time sucked. I went In to get a bowl of soup and just read the news on my phone and have a calm quiet dinner. That did not happen, as a sat down, there were only a couple other tables in the whole place so it was perfect, all of a sudden a family came in that had a few small children and toddlers sat right by me. Now I have no problem with kids since I have 2 of my own. But these kids we're so loud, yelling crying arguing and fighting each other. The parents made minimal efforts to call them down. It was bad, these kids we're so loud even the cooks were looking out to see what the commotion was. It was crazy. Anyway, that's it. Service was good, soup was good.
