11pm and the ladies at my location made me feel proud to be a fourth mealer. Lol.....seriously made me a taco sald from scratch during a thunderstorm with no power.........15 mile road and main is the best around. ChefxTwade on Sc

4/5.... I usually get great service here. Today though, it was a little busier than normal. Completely understand.. I use to work at a McDonald's that was right off the high way so random rushes was always expected. The front counter guy though is always rushing. He doesn't completely listen to the customer before moving on to the next thing. Which today it caused issues with my order. Management came up and intervened and got the process to where it was needed to be. I appreciated that manager stepping in. I didn't want to give a bad rating for one mistake that did unfortunately bring up other ones because my service here is usually amazing!

Were not met by anyone at the counter. Placed our order on the kiosk. Then, listened to an "Asst. Mgr." chastise an employee for improperly repacking a carryout order that the Asst. Mgr. just packaged the correct way. The store was busy at the time.

And while I commend her for providing direction to the employee, she has to remember "Time and Place." This was neither.

Still, we received our order and were not surpised. Everything was as we asked. I'd go back.
