    I have been to this location many times. They are fast, friendly, and accurate with their orders. Today I was in a rush, on way to an appointment. Had to run in and use their restroom and then realized I didn't have my ATM card to pay for food, no cash either. Anthony, the owner, said "don't worry about it." I was stunned because my day had not been going great. He told me he owns 24 stores and one is near where my husband works, so he knew that business too. What a kind and simple gesture. It is appreciated more than you know. Thank you! It's so nice to know there are kind people in this world.

    I went in to the store to get assistance reprinting several receipts and was incredibly impressed with Heather the AGM and Jen the shift leader's help! They had great customer service and searched with me for quite a while until we were able to find receipts! Love this Jimmy John's! The food is great and delivery is quick!

    Great establishment!! Delicious, well prepared food with good presentation. Inconsistencies and/or problems are handled promptly without question. Staff is friendly, clean, organized. Establishment is clean. Dining room is kept clean, as is the loo, and outside of building. Sometimes their times are longer than one might expect, but overall this is a good place to eat.

    Just filed a complaint with Corporate and their ownership for their so called "manager" after being hung up on after their driver failed to deliver the food. Kept claiming it was somehow my fault their driver didn't deliver the food yet "claimed" she did. Our secretary and office workers never saw a jimmy johns delivery at ANY of our 3 buildings. Even though it was a REORDER to the same address and same 3 buildings (all with their OWN addresses as well) that order food from this address all the time. It was literally paid for and frequently delivery drivers leave it with a secretary or another employee takes it to them in the worst case scenario. The driver obviously NEVER entered the 3 buildings. The "manager" obviously doesn't know how to resolve a simple situation without crying and running the other way, so he just hung up; when calling back they just left it on hold. I didn't have all day to wait to see if I could get a refund, so he played me into the hand of calling corporate. Guess managing a jimmy johns successfully is too high skill of a job for that one.

    Edit: Currently changing this from 1 star to 4 stars ONLY due to GM who handled herself amazingly after giving me a call. Honestly she far exceeded the expectations I had when taking the call and she is someone who every manager should be emulating their behavior after. She has taken over a rough situation there and I can tell that if given time that she is someone that can turn the negative reviews around.
