Louisiana Creole Gumbo

We had the Seafood Gumbo, Baked Chiecken, Red Bean and Rice w/Beef and Mac&Cheese. Everything was great! Good portion sizes too. Nice clean family owned business.

I just visited this location today for the first time. I ordered red beans and rice with Cajun Sausage, Classic Jambalaya, Shrimp Gumbo, 2 Shrimp Po'boy sandwiches and a slice of 7up pound cake. Let me tell you....this DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was all flavorful and delicious! The staff welcomed everyone who came through the door and the service was fast, friendly and efficient. This is definitely a return to spot! I told Stephanie as I was checking out that they MUST plan on being open for more than 3 days. The food is just too good for them to not be open all week! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

The choices were plentiful and my Red Beans and Rice with added Chicken was DELICIOUS and hearty. My husband ordered the Seafood Gumbo and we couldn’t eat it all, delicious as well. I’d been waiting for this place to open for the longest and was informed, it was difficult to find people to work and because of that this location will only be opened, Thursday Thru Saturday until they’re fully staffed. The staff was friendly with great smiles and the place was colorful and welcoming, but you couldn’t dine in at this time. I’ve visited their other locations in Detroit and very excited to see them closer to my neighborhood. If you buy any of their offerings I guarantee you’ll go back for more. They said I would be back!! The food is absolutely delicious!!!! I loved the shrimp po boy. The bread was buttery and crispy not to mention the shrimp was cooked to perfection. My kids loved the candied yams of course. 10/10 food worth the price

My wife and I discovered this location on it's very first day. We were able to meet the owners and the rest of the staff as they were doing a soft opening. When you open the door you immediately fell in love with all of the wonderful culinary sensations tantalizing your senses.

The owner spent time talking about the history of their franchise and then gave us a quick tour of their menu options for their first day.

We opted to feed the family for the evening. We did chicken po boy sandwiches and gumbo. The food presentation was incredible. For a soft opening they certainly had a lot of food to choose from.

Please allow me to tell you that the taste of the food once we get home did not disappoint. Everything was simply amazing. This is going to be a staple restaurant for us moving forward. I wish them all the success in the world and hope that many are able to go to this location. You will be exceptionally happy that you did.
