Tim Hortons

We love this Canadian coffee spot...They doesn't have the bitter side of coffee. May be that is a personal choice as I walk away from bitter coffees. French vanilla is my favourite from Tim Hortons.

Now I don't dislike Tim Hortons the chain at all. It's fast, it has a nice casual atmosphere with good lighting and a full widow view.

The reason why I rate this one low though, is that a lot of the freshness for anything but the coffee feels slighlty more than nonexistent. No matter if it's 7am or 9pm, the donuts aren't stale but their dough isn't much different than store brought. The tea and iced coffee has a sugar water aftertaste for me that even with tea packets can be avoided.
Along with cold sandwiches sometimes having the stiff chill of a rarely used salad bar.

Now the coffee as said actually quite good. Moderate and aromatic, with cream being an excellent addition by itself. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it as a regular hangout outside pure convenience, but if you're just looking for a good cup of joe and bulk donuts, it's good as anything else.
