Love this place. The food and service is always consistent, and it’s always a good experience. That being said, I like the Ann Arbor location better.

Nice place and i love to eat with my hands. The food is good although it is not as spicy as the original one. It be nice if you could chose how mild or hot you could have your food.

The food was incredible. The service was outstanding.
I am totally a carnivore so me saying that a Vegetarian Feast was great is amazing praise.
The unique dining and serving is to be experienced with good company even though I did see a solo diner.
I totally recommend this place and will go back!

I love this place and have for a long time. But be prepared to be annoyed by the service.
The food is some of the very best Ethiopian I've had (and I travel a bit). But I have no patience for incompetently run restaurants.
Also, I'm not a fan of menu changes as a means to increase revenue. It is a unilateral move, and always a bad sign.

I understand that it is a cultural experience, but after decades of being in business in America, maybe it is time to raise to the standard of service up to US standards.
One server, manager wandering about doing nothing, a woman filling coffee and sometimes tea.
Waited for 20 minutes for my bill, after eating.
That is why they are never full on weekends.
