Very nice workers and good food not cheap like the others

The employees were nice but not very accurate. I ordered all my sauces on the side, and they didn't put the sauces in my bag. It also took a long time for them to help us and the sauces are the most important. So when I got home and saw they were missing it was very disappointing. I know as a consumer I should check but I had my needy 7 year old and my even needier 5 month old with me distracting me and should be able to trust that they did their job correctly and make sure that the order being put out is accurate.

I always seem to come here around 11am and the young black girl with tiny braids who waits on me every time is amazing. She is extremely kind, nice, patient, and I wish there were more people like here cuz she is awesome. Give her a raise or something. Great customer service. Always smiling. ????

I had stopped going to Subway. The customer service I got at other locations was downright nasty. I even had them holler at me if I didn't order my sandwich "the right way," and folks know me for my good manners. But yesterday I was craving an Italian sub. I didn't want to have to buy $25 in groceries to make it, so I gave the Hazel Park shop a try. Wow! So nice! The gal behind the counter was so friendly that we chatted the whole time she was making my sandwich. I was in and out in just a few minutes and will definitely be going here again. My sandwich was perfect and my soup was piping hot!
