Mike's Coney Island Restaurant

They give you decent sized plates. The sauce could've tasted better for the spaghetti but it wasn't gross and the coneys, omelets and hashbrowns are really good. My fiance and I have been there three times and plan to go there again. They are very friendly and clean. If you're looking for something different than fast food, check it out.

Never been disappointed with the food. Sometimes the waitresses are a little slow refilling your drink but that's because this place is always jam packed. I love this place!

Well,, The food in general was excellent but, The coney was cold but, was indicative of being Microwaved ! I have to believe the bun was steamed and possibly left to sit a long time. Wrinkly, hard, cold. I know an A&W in Arizona Microwaved a hot dog and I never went back. They eventually went out of business. A Shareholder obligation I would guess. But, because the Coney was cold, I tend to believe it was steamed but, just left to sit way too long. The Spinach Pie was one of the best. The Chicken Kabob my wife had was absolutely the best we have ever had. Think maybe they either don’t have enough help or, there was a mad rush. Service was a 2 of 5 but the food was a 5 so, I would definitely try again ! After all, it’s a Coney Restaurant, why wouldn’t the coney’s be their specialty?

This is my favorite diner in the area! The wait staff are always attentive and friendly. The food is excellent and typically ready far quicker than expected. Mike's is great for sitting and taking your time and for those in a hurry but still looking for a good meal!

Go for breakfast frequently, GREAT French toast. Philly cheese steak is good and awesome fries. Wonderfully friendly staff. For those who have to go get cash (UPDATE: they take cash now for a small extra charge), i just buy a pack of mints at Holly Foods and get cash back (their limit is $30). I'd rather pay $.99 and get something for it.
