    Drive thru is slow. Soy chunks are regularly in my drink (I know it’s not harmful but it’s still gross). The espresso always tastes burnt and the drip coffee tastes flat. I worked for Starbucks for 12 years so I know what it should be and this isn’t it.

    On the plus side, the partners are amazingly friendly and very fun to engage with.

    Now to improve speed and quality.

    I am so glad this location is open again. I love the way they use a washable mug to hand your beverage to you so they can keep it "hands free"! They are always pleasant & friendly. Keep up the amazing work!?????

    The staff is wonderful. In a sea of a million Starbucks their sparkling personalities and service stand out to me. They're friendly, efficient and make this Starbucks a favorite when I have a dozen other places to choose from.

    Well, since I go here almost every day...and we're all a big fan of jordan here, I just got to give these guys 5 stars.
