SIP & JOY Coffee-Donuts

So about a month ago my husband was in the mood for some donuts, did a quick google search and stumbled upon Sip and Joy. One thing led to another and now my husband goes every morning Monday-Friday. While my husband tends to stick to his usual favorites of Pina colada smoothies & donuts I decided to change is up every now and then. From donuts to bagels, breakfast sandwiches and drinks you really can't go wrong here! The donuts are fresh and flavorful, always soft and the filled donuts are definitely filled! There's nothing worse than ordering a filled donut and really only getting filling in one or two bites, that's not the case with Sip and Joy! The bagels are warm, buttery and thick! The breakfast sandwiches are great, I've tried the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, the bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin & the sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. All of which are great but my favorite would definitely be the sausage on English muffin. It's toasted perfectly, the sausage patty adds great flavor and moisture to the sandwich so it's not too dry, perfectly cooked egg and to top it off a slice of cheese. For the coffee side of things, everything I've tried has been good but I would recommend hot coffee over the frozen or the iced. The only negative thing I've had was the frozen chocolate drink. It wasn't blended great and had lots of unmixed cocoa powder left which resulted in a sandy texture when drinking. As for the smoothies I've tried all three, I'd say the best is the mixed berry followed by the pina colada and then the strawberry! All of them are excellent, the mixed berry is just my personal favorite! My husband has also spoken fondly of the owner Roa.

Great place! They had amazing fresh donuts and coffee. The staff is super friendly and courteous!

Pretty good private own donut shop. Doesn't have alot of varieties like the big chain but they taste good. They have cake and yeast donut. If you look at my pictures , that's all their donuts they have
I don't like their breakfast sandwich. Ham is too thin. I didn't buy coffee so I I can't comment on that.

This place is amazing everything is extremely fresh, the staff and owners are friendly and willing to bend over backwards to make sure your order is exactly what you want! They have fruity pebble donuts and they also have Canadian Maple with legitimate bacon strip pieces on it! Let that sink in Maple dipped doughnuts with bacon strip pieces on them! The taste and flavors from Sip and Joy are more like a home bakery then they are a commercialized coffee shop. Novi finally has its own home town coffee and bake shop!

I LOVED THIS PLACE!!! this place may be small but the staff is so friendly. I went there and got the best greeting. The sandwiches, donuts, and coffee were so good and prices are reasonable!!!! I recommend this to anyone who wants something to grab quick or sit down. They have super comfy couches and chairs there to sit at and enjoy will fellow friends. It’s nice to have something to grab in the neighborhood! And close by. I will definitely go there again.
