Starbucks

My usual store! Staff is great, friendly and basically knows me now. Also really love that they hired someone deaf because everyone deserves opportunities and it's great to see them not turning anyone away!

Love Starbucks in general and the staff here are very patient. Their espresso machine has been down a few days now and the wait time after ordering in the store or online is approximately 20 minutes. Because of this they lay all of the cups out and miss the order they were received. A lot of people were very upset some just walking out without their items they already paid for. With this being the only location right here and across from a mall, by the highways etc I sure hope the store manager is getting this fixed promptly as most of us have long drives in the heavy traffic and don’t have a half hour extra to wait for a coffee by rushed staff.

Today I made trips to multiple Starbucks locations in an effort to obtain large quantities of a specific item. The staff at this location were absolutely wonderful. Based on a phone call, they not only pulled the item in question, but also had it ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The 3 women working the counter were obviously knowledgeable and appeared to be genuinely interested in their customers. It's a small store, but one I will frequent in the future.

My two sisters, my mom and I all went here on black Friday. They were very busy. But the staff was awesome! The young lady who was the barista, was outstanding! I got a peppermint mocha with light syrup and coconut milk. It was perfect bliss. ?

There is a girl who works at the Starbucks in west oaks complex next to Jared‘s jewelers store across from 12 oaks. She’s deaf. She’s so cute and has so much personality. they gave her these little electronic pads to have people write on what they want. I thoroughly enjoyed that Starbucks experience because of her.
